We seek social and cultural affinities that create communities that bind one to another in attitudes of trust, mutual care and racial reconciliation. We seek partnerships that lead to a renewed vision for fairness and public flourishing.

The New Democracy Coalition is an organization focusing its efforts in the area of civic policy, civic literacy and electoral justice.
Through civic education programs, research and policy advocacy, The New Democracy Coalition seeks the following mission:

Broaden access to the democratic and voting process for all Americans, particularly for citizens historically disconnected from the political system.

Increase the public’s understanding of civic rights and responsibilities by way of public forums, the Internet and publications.

Ensure that the election process is fair for all by working to expanding voter rights and opportunities, especially on Election Day.
